Mattel reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 17, 2024.
In 2023, six Mattel executives received on average a compensation package of $7M, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Ynon Kreiz, Chief Executive Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 59% compared to 2022. 45% of Kreiz's compensation, or $8.6M, was in stock awards. Kreiz also received $5.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.9M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $178K in other compensation.

Jonathan Anschell, Chief Legal Officer, received $3.2M in 2023, which increases by 52% compared to 2022.
