MAXIMUS reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on January 27, 2020.
In 2019, five MAXIMUS executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 42% increase compared to previous year.

Bruce L. Caswell, Chief Executive Officer, received $5M in total, which increased by 57% compared to 2018. 80% of Caswell's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Caswell also received $250K in non-equity incentive plan, $719K in salary, as well as $7K in other compensation.
Richard J. Nadeau, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 50% compared to previous year. 71% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in stock awards.
Mark S. Andrekovich, Former Chief of Human Capital, earned $1.5M in 2019, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
David R. Francis, General Counsel, received $1.5M in 2019, which increases by 26% compared to 2018.
Richard A. Montoni, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1M in 2019, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
MAXIMUS' fiscal year ends on September 30.
