Mcclatchy reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 5, 2019.
In 2018, three Mcclatchy executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
Craig I. Forman, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.9M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2017. 35% of Forman's compensation, or $1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Forman also received $75K in bonus, $981K in salary, $607K in stock awards, as well as $215K in other compensation.
Mark Zieman, Vice President, Operations, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 61% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $679K, was in salary.
Elaine Lintecum, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 73% increase compared to previous year.
