McKesson reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on June 21, 2019.
In 2019, five McKesson executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 59% increase compared to previous year.
John H. Hammergren, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2018. 42% of Hammergren's compensation, or $7.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Hammergren also received $3M in option awards, $1.7M in salary, $5M in stock awards, as well as $433K in other compensation.
Brian S. Tyler, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $13M. 64% of the compensation package, or $8M, was in stock awards.
Lori A. Schechter, General Counsel, earned $9.4M in 2019, a 137% increase compared to previous year.
Britt J. Vitalone, Chief Financial Officer, received $9.2M in 2019, which increases by 303% compared to 2018.
Bansi Nagji, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, earned $8.6M in 2019, a 164% increase compared to previous year.
McKesson's fiscal year ends on March 31.
