McKesson CEO Brian Tyler's 2020 pay jumps 23% to $15M

McKesson reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on June 18, 2020.
In 2020, five McKesson executives received on average a compensation package of $6.8M, a 40% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian S. Tyler, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2019. 64% of Tyler's compensation, or $9.9M, was in stock awards. Tyler also received $3.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.3M in salary, as well as $656K in other compensation.
Bansi Nagji, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, received a compensation package of $5.5M, which decreased by 36% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in stock awards.
Lori A. Schechter, Chief Legal Officer, earned $5.3M in 2020, a 44% decrease compared to previous year.
Britt J. Vitalone, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.3M in 2020, which decreases by 42% compared to 2019.
Tracy L. Faber, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $2.6M in 2020.
McKesson's fiscal year ends on March 31.
