McKesson reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on June 8, 2021.
In 2021, five McKesson executives received on average a compensation package of $6.4M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Brian S. Tyler, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2020. 77% of Tyler's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Tyler also received $1.6M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $560K in other compensation.
Britt J. Vitalone, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $5.5M, which increased by 5% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in stock awards.
Lori A. Schechter, Chief Legal Officer, earned $4.9M in 2021, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas L. Rodgers, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, received $3.5M in 2021.
Tracy L. Faber, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $3.1M in 2021, a 21% increase compared to previous year.
McKesson's fiscal year ends on March 31.
