McKesson reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on June 9, 2022.
In 2022, five McKesson executives received on average a compensation package of $7.2M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Brian S. Tyler, Chief Executive Officer, received $18M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2021. 67% of Tyler's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Tyler also received $4.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in salary, as well as $316K in other compensation.
Britt J. Vitalone, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $6.1M, which increased by 11% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $3.5M, was in stock awards.
Lori A. Schechter, Chief Legal Officer, earned $5.3M in 2022, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Tracy L. Faber, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $3.6M in 2022, which increases by 16% compared to 2021.
Nancy Flores, Chief Technology Officer, earned $3.1M in 2022.
McKesson's fiscal year ends on March 31.
