MYOS reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on May 1, 2023.
In 2022, five MYOS executives received on average a compensation package of $956K, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Doerr, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total. 42% of Doerr's compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Doerr also received $1.1M in option awards, $424K in salary, as well as $380 in other compensation.
Steven Hess, Former Executive Vice President and General Manager of SpotRx, received a compensation package of $723K. 38% of the compensation package, or $277K, was in salary.
Ramona Seabaugh, Chief Financial Officer, earned $537K in 2022, a 35% decrease compared to previous year.
Ed Kilroy, Chief Executive Officer, received $531K in 2022, which decreases by 38% compared to 2021.
Robert McClune, Former Senior Vice President of SpotRx, earned $466K in 2022.
