In 2021, five Medifast executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 57% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel R. Chard, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.9M in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2020. 50% of Chard's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Chard also received $18K in bonus, $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $914K in salary, as well as $379K in other compensation.
