MeetMe reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 29, 2019.
In 2018, six MeetMe executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 26% decrease compared to previous year.
Geoffrey Cook, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2017. 56% of Cook's compensation, or $1.2M, was in stock awards. Cook also received $573K in non-equity incentive plan, $358K in salary, as well as $33K in other compensation.
James Bugden, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which decreased by 43% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $602K, was in stock awards.
Frederic Beckley, General Counsel, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
William Alena, Former Chief Revenue Officer, received $702K in 2018, which decreases by 30% compared to 2017.
Michael Johnson, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $620K in 2018, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Per Niklas Lindstrom, Chief Technology Officer, received $406K in 2018, which decreases by 80% compared to 2017.
