MEI Pharma reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on October 27, 2020.
In 2020, four MEI Pharma executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Daniel P. Gold, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2019. 50% of Gold's compensation, or $1.1M, was in option awards. Gold also received $195K in bonus, $293K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $650K in salary.
David M. Urso, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which decreased by 1% compared to previous year. 45% of the compensation package, or $576K, was in option awards.
Brian G. Drazba, Chief Financial Officer, earned $982K in 2020, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
Robert D. Mass, Chief Medical Officer, received $673K in 2020, which is about the same as previous year.
MEI Pharma's fiscal year ends on June 30.
