Mercury Systems reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on August 30, 2019.
In 2019, four executives at Mercury Systems received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Mark Aslett, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.2M in total, which decreased by 23% compared to 2018. 60% of Aslett's compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Aslett also received $1M in non-equity incentive plan, $613K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.

Michael D. Ruppert, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 46% decrease compared to previous year.
Christopher C. Cambria, General Counsel, received $1.5M in 2019, which increases by 9% compared to 2018.
Mercury Systems' fiscal year ends on July 3.
