Meritage Homes reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 25, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Meritage Homes received on average a compensation package of $3.7M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Steven J. Hilton, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.9M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2017. 44% of Hilton's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Hilton also received $3.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $40K in other compensation.

Javier Feliciano, Chief Human Resources Officer, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
