Meritage Homes reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 26, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Meritage Homes received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 16% increase compared to previous year.
Steven J. Hilton, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.2M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2018. 50% of Hilton's compensation, or $4.6M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Hilton also received $1M in salary, $3.6M in stock awards, as well as $62K in other compensation.
Phillippe Lord, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.1M, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $2.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Hilla Sferruzza, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.1M in 2019, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
C. Timothy White, General Counsel, received $2.7M in 2019, which increases by 18% compared to 2018.
Javier Feliciano, EVP and CPO, earned $1.2M in 2019, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
