Meritage Homes reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 24, 2022.
In 2021, six executives at Meritage Homes received on average a compensation package of $4.5M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Phillippe Lord, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.9M in total, which increased by 40% compared to 2020. 51% of Lord's compensation, or $4M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Lord also received $850K in salary, $3M in stock awards, as well as $60K in other compensation.
