Meritor reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on December 13, 2019.
In 2019, six Meritor executives received on average a compensation package of $2.8M, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffrey A. Craig, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.4M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2018. 59% of Craig's compensation, or $4.3M, was in stock awards. Craig also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $247K in other compensation.
Chris Villavarayan, Senior Vice President and President, Global Truck, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which increased by 19% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in stock awards.
Joseph A. Plomin, Senior Vice President and President Aftermarket & Industrial and Trailer, earned $2M in 2019, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
Carl D. Anderson II, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.8M in 2019.
Timothy J. Heffron, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Information Officer, earned $1.7M in 2019.
Kevin A. Nowlan, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.5M in 2019, which decreases by 42% compared to 2018.
Meritor's fiscal year ends on September 30.
