Meritor reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on December 18, 2020.
In 2020, six Meritor executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 8% decrease compared to previous year.
Jeffrey A. Craig, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.3M in total, which decreased by 14% compared to 2019. 79% of Craig's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Craig also received $286K in non-equity incentive plan, $847K in salary, as well as $217K in other compensation.

Chris Villavarayan, Chief Operating Officer, earned $2.3M in 2020, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
Joseph A. Plomin, Former Senior Vice President and President Aftermarket Industrial and Trailer, received $2.1M in 2020, which increases by 4% compared to 2019.
Timothy J. Heffron, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Information Officer, earned $1.7M in 2020, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Hannah S. Lim-Johnson, Chief Legal Officer, received $746K in 2020.
