Metacrine reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 7, 2022.
In 2021, four Metacrine executives received on average a compensation package of $2.1M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Preston Klassen, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.7M in total, which decreased by 50% compared to 2020. 68% of Klassen's compensation, or $2.5M, was in option awards. Klassen also received $204K in non-equity incentive plan, $545K in salary, as well as $427K in stock awards.
Patricia Millican, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 66% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $908K, was in option awards.
Hubert Chen, Chief Medical Officer, earned $1.6M in 2021.
Catherine Lee, General Counsel, received $1.2M in 2021, which decreases by 23% compared to 2020.
