MicroStrategy reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on April 9, 2012.

Douglas K. Thede, Chief Financial Officer, earned $966K in 2011, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey A. Bedell, Former Executive Vice President, Technology, received $964K in 2011, which increases by 13% compared to 2010.
