MicroStrategy reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on April 17, 2013.
In 2012, eight executives at MicroStrategy received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Michael J. Saylor, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2011.
Jonathan F. Klein, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which increased by 52% compared to previous year. 66% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in bonus.
Donald W. Hunt, Former Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Operations, earned $1.5M in 2012, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Douglas K. Thede, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.5M in 2012, which increases by 53% compared to 2011.
Sanju K. Bansal, Chairman, earned $1.4M in 2012, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey A. Bedell, Former Executive Vice President, Technology, received $1.4M in 2012, which increases by 49% compared to 2011.
Peng Xiao, Chief Technology Officer, earned $1.3M in 2012.
Bob Watts, Former Senior Executive Vice President, Worldwide Professional Services, received $1.3M in 2012.
