In 2021, four executives at MicroStrategy received on average a compensation package of $9.8M, a 770% increase compared to previous year.
Phong Q. Le, Chief Financial Officer, received $19M in total, which increased by 896% compared to 2020. 81% of Le's compensation, or $15M, was in option awards. Le also received $1M in bonus, $900K in salary, as well as $1.6M in other compensation.
