MobileIron reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 26, 2019.
In 2018, four MobileIron executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 35% decrease compared to previous year.
Sohail Parekh, Senior Vice President, Engineering, received $2.7M in total. 74% of Parekh's compensation, or $2M, was in stock awards. Parekh also received $376K in option awards, $306K in salary, as well as $22K in other compensation.
Scott Hill, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M. 75% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Simon Biddiscombe, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 71% decrease compared to previous year.
Gregory Randolph, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, received $767K in 2018, which decreases by 44% compared to 2017.
