Model N reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on January 7, 2022.
In 2020, six Model N executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 88% increase compared to previous year.
Jason Blessing, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.8M in total, which increased by 59% compared to 2019. 80% of Blessing's compensation, or $3.9M, was in stock awards. Blessing also received $440K in non-equity incentive plan, $500K in salary, as well as $9.8K in other compensation.
