Model N reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on January 6, 2023.
In 2022, five Model N executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 65% increase compared to previous year.
Jason Blessing, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.1M in total, which increased by 27% compared to 2021. 82% of Blessing's compensation, or $5.8M, was in stock awards. Blessing also received $748K in non-equity incentive plan, $530K in salary, as well as $2.8K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2022, the median employee pay was $92,328 at Model N. Therefore, the ratio of Jason Blessing's pay to the median employee pay was 77 to one.
