MONEYLION reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 29, 2022.
In 2021, three MONEYLION executives received on average a compensation package of $3.8M, a 289% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at MONEYLION
Diwakar Choubey, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which increased by 480% compared to 2020. 60% of Choubey's compensation, or $2.9M, was in option awards. Choubey also received $1.5M in bonus, $452K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Richard Correia, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.5M, which increased by 272% compared to previous year. 46% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in option awards.
Timmie Hong, Chief Product Officer, earned $3M in 2021, a 162% increase compared to previous year.
