MONEYLION reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 28, 2023.
In 2022, three MONEYLION executives received on average a compensation package of $8M, a 113% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at MONEYLION
Diwakar Choubey, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 145% compared to 2021. 91% of Choubey's compensation, or $11M, was in stock awards. Choubey also received $475K in bonus, $640K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Richard Correia, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $8.2M, which increased by 136% compared to previous year. 85% of the compensation package, or $7M, was in stock awards.
Timmie Hong, Chief Product Officer, earned $4M in 2022, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
