MongoDB reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 30, 2019.
In 2019, five MongoDB executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 469% increase compared to previous year.
Dev Ittycheria, Chief Executive Officer, received $6M in total, which increased by 908% compared to 2018. 88% of Ittycheria's compensation, or $5.3M, was in stock awards. Ittycheria also received $316K in non-equity incentive plan and $400K in salary.
Eliot Horowitz, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $4M, which increased by 740% compared to previous year. 86% of the compensation package, or $3.4M, was in stock awards.
Michael Gordon, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.4M in 2019, a 620% increase compared to previous year.
Meagen Eisenberg, Chief Marketing Officer, received $1.5M in 2019.
Carlos Delatorre, Former Chief Revenue Officer, earned $140K in 2019, a 76% decrease compared to previous year.
MongoDB's fiscal year ends on January 31.
