Morgan Stanley reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 5, 2019.
In 2018, five executives at Morgan Stanley received on average a compensation package of $19M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
James P. Gorman, Chief Executive Officer, received $28M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2017. 70% of Gorman's compensation, or $20M, was in stock awards. Gorman also received $6.9M in bonus, $1.5M in salary, as well as $45K in other compensation.
Colm Kelleher, President, received a compensation package of $24M, which increased by 11% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $12M, was in stock awards.
Daniel A. Simkowitz, Head of Investment Management, earned $15M in 2018, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Jonathan Pruzan, Chief Financial Officer, received $15M in 2018, which increases by 36% compared to 2017.
Eric F. Grossman, Chief Legal Officer, earned $13M in 2018, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
