Mosaic reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 9, 2019.
In 2018, eight Mosaic executives received on average a compensation package of $3.9M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
James C. O'Rourke, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2017. 53% of O'Rourke's compensation, or $5.6M, was in stock awards. O'Rourke also received $3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $769K in other compensation.
Richard L. Mack, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.2M, which increased by 41% compared to previous year. 94% of the compensation package, or $4M, was in other compensation.
Richard McLellan, Senior Vice President - Mosaic Fertiizantes, earned $4M in 2018, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
Walter F. Precourt III, Senior Vice President - Phosphates, received $2.8M in 2018, which increases by 20% compared to 2017.
Clint C. Freeland, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.7M in 2018.
Kimberly K. Bors, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $2.6M in 2018.
Corrine D. Ricard, Senior Vice President - Commercial, earned $2.4M in 2018, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
