Mosaic reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 8, 2020.
In 2019, five Mosaic executives received on average a compensation package of $4.8M, a 23% increase compared to previous year.

James C. O'Rourke, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.8M in total, which decreased by 7% compared to 2018. 74% of O'Rourke's compensation, or $7.2M, was in stock awards. O'Rourke also received $818K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.2M in salary, as well as $534K in other compensation.
Richard McLellan, Senior Vice President - Commercial, received a compensation package of $5.1M, which increased by 28% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $2.9M, was in other compensation.
Corrine D. Ricard, Senior Vice President - Mosaic Fertilizantes, earned $4.2M in 2019, a 74% increase compared to previous year.
Clint C. Freeland, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.5M in 2019, which decreases by 6% compared to 2018.
Walter F. Precourt III, Senior Vice President - Strategy and Growth, earned $2.2M in 2019, a 19% decrease compared to previous year.
