Motorola Solutions reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 8, 2008.
In 2007, eight executives at Motorola Solutions received on average a compensation package of $6.2M, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Edward J. Zander, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 23% compared to 2006. 62% of Zander's compensation, or $11M, was in option awards. Zander also received $47K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in salary, $2.6M in stock awards, as well as $826K in other compensation.
Gregory Q. Brown, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $9.7M, which increased by 59% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $5.9M, was in stock awards.
Thomas J. Meredith, Chief Financial Officer, earned $7.2M in 2007.
Daniel M. Moloney, Executive Vice President, President, Home Former, received $5.6M in 2007.
Stuart C. Reed, Executive Vice President, President, Mobile Devices Former, earned $3M in 2007.
Ruth A. Fattori, Executive Vice President, Human Resources Former, received $2.9M in 2007.
David W. Devonshire, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2007, a 49% decrease compared to previous year.
A. Peter Lawson, General Counsel, received $1.9M in 2007.
