MRC Global reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 18, 2019.
In 2018, five MRC Global executives received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew R. Lane, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.2M in total, which increased by 14% compared to 2017. 65% of Lane's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Lane also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $899K in salary, as well as $17K in other compensation.
James E. Braun, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.9M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $978K, was in stock awards.
Daniel J. Churay, General Counsel, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
John L. Bowhay, Senior Vice President - Supply Chain Management, Valve and Technical Product Sales, received $1.2M in 2018, which decreases by 12% compared to 2017.
Grant R. Bates, Senior Vice President - Operational Excellence and Chief Information Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
