MRC Global reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 25, 2020.
In 2019, five MRC Global executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrew R. Lane, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.5M in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2018. 83% of Lane's compensation, or $4.6M, was in stock awards. Lane also received $900K in salary and $19K in other compensation.
Kelly Youngblood, Executive Vice President, received a compensation package of $2M. 79% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
James E. Braun, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.7M in 2019, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Daniel J. Churay, General Counsel, received $1.3M in 2019, which decreases by 17% compared to 2018.
Grant R. Bates, Senior Vice President Canada, International and Operational Excellence, earned $1M in 2019, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
