MSC reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on December 19, 2019.
In 2019, five MSC executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Erik Gershwind, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.9M in total, which decreased by 13% compared to 2018. 36% of Gershwind's compensation, or $1.4M, was in stock awards. Gershwind also received $586K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in option awards, $763K in salary, as well as $23K in other compensation.
Rustom Jilla, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.4M, which decreased by 15% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $520K, was in salary.
Douglas Jones, Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, earned $1.1M in 2019, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Steve Armstrong, General Counsel, received $1M in 2019, which decreases by 7% compared to 2018.
Steven Baruch, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, earned $851K in 2019, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
MSC's fiscal year ends on September 3.
