MSC reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on December 15, 2022.
In 2021, six MSC executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Erik Gershwind, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.2M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2020. 63% of Gershwind's compensation, or $3.2M, was in stock awards. Douglas E. Jones, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, earned $1.2M in 2021.
Douglas Jones, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, received $1.2M in 2021, which increases by 3% compared to 2020.
Steve Armstrong, General Counsel, earned $1.1M in 2021, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Kari Heerdt, Senior Vice President, New Business Innovation and Transformation, received $939K in 2021.
