MSC reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on December 15, 2022.
In 2022, five MSC executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Erik Gershwind, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.5M in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2021. 50% of Gershwind's compensation, or $3.2M, was in stock awards. Gershwind also received $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $816K in salary, as well as $25K in other compensation.
Kristen Actis-Grande, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 8% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $650K, was in stock awards.
Douglas E. Jones, Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, earned $1.4M in 2022, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Elizabeth Bledsoe, Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer, received $996K in 2022.
Steven Baruch, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, earned $835K in 2022.
MSC's fiscal year ends on September 3.
