MSCI reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 11, 2019.
In 2018, six MSCI executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 41% increase compared to previous year.
Jigar Thakkar, Chief Technology Officer, received $6.3M in total. 52% of Thakkar's compensation, or $3.3M, was in stock awards. Thakkar also received $1.9M in bonus, $402K in non-equity incentive plan, $229K in salary, as well as $547K in other compensation.
Henry A. Fernandez, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which increased by 20% compared to previous year. 60% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
C.D. Baer Pettit, President, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
Laurent Seyer, Chief Operating Officer, received $2.2M in 2018, which increases by 9% compared to 2017.
Kathleen A. Winters, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2018, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott A. Crum, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $1.8M in 2018, which increases by 5% compared to 2017.
