MSCI reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 17, 2021.
In 2020, six MSCI executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Henry A. Fernandez, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.9M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2019. 76% of Fernandez's compensation, or $7.5M, was in stock awards. Fernandez also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $22K in other compensation.

C.D. Baer Pettit, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $6.2M, which increased by 15% compared to previous year. 65% of the compensation package, or $4M, was in stock awards.

Scott A. Crum, Chief Human Resources Officer, received $2.5M in 2020, which decreases by 3% compared to 2019.
Andrew C. Wiechmann, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2020, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Robert J. Gutowski, General Counsel, received $1.4M in 2020.
