MyoKardia reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 24, 2019.
In 2018, six MyoKardia executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 138% increase compared to previous year.
Tassos Gianakakos, Chief Executive Officer, received $9M in total, which increased by 180% compared to 2017. 71% of Gianakakos' compensation, or $6.4M, was in option awards. Gianakakos also received $43K in bonus, $397K in non-equity incentive plan, $569K in salary, $1.6M in stock awards, as well as $1K in other compensation.
Cynthia J. Ladd, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $4.7M. 89% of the compensation package, or $4.2M, was in option awards.
Taylor C. Harris, Chief Financial Officer, earned $4.4M in 2018.
June Lee, Chief Operating Officer, received $3.5M in 2018, which increases by 98% compared to 2017.
Robert McDowell, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $2.6M in 2018, a 103% increase compared to previous year.
Jake Bauer, Chief Business Officer, received $2M in 2018, which increases by 80% compared to 2017.
