N-able reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 12, 2023.
In 2022, three N-able executives received on average a compensation package of $3.9M, a 29% decrease compared to previous year.
John Pagliuca, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.3M in total, which decreased by 34% compared to 2021. 86% of Pagliuca's compensation, or $5.4M, was in stock awards. Pagliuca also received $412K in non-equity incentive plan, $483K in salary, as well as $10K in other compensation.
Tim O'Brien, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.1M, which decreased by 25% compared to previous year. 80% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
Michael Adler, Chief Technology and Product Officer, earned $2.3M in 2022, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
