Nabors Industries reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 27, 2022.
In 2021, three executives at Nabors Industries received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Anthony G. Petrello, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which decreased by 43% compared to 2020. 45% of Petrello's compensation, or $4.5M, was in stock awards. Petrello also received $339K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.8M in salary, as well as $1.2M in other compensation.
William J. Restrepo, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.7M, which decreased by 25% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Mark D. Andrews, Secretary, earned $581K in 2021, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
