Natera reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 13, 2021.
In 2020, five Natera executives received on average a compensation package of $3.9M, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Steve Chapman, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.1M in total, which increased by 30% compared to 2019. 69% of Chapman's compensation, or $5.5M, was in stock awards. Chapman also received $297K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.7M in option awards, $487K in salary, as well as $8.6K in other compensation.
Matthew Rabinowitz, Chairman, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 52% compared to previous year. 87% of the compensation package, or $3.3M, was in option awards.
Robert Schueren, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.6M in 2020, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Brophy, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.1M in 2020, which decreases by 11% compared to 2019.
Jonathan Sheena, Chief Technology Officer, earned $658K in 2020, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
