National CineMedia reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on September 18, 2023.
In 2022, three executives at National CineMedia received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Thomas F. Lesinski, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in total, which decreased by 4% compared to 2021. 33% of Lesinski's compensation, or $844K, was in salary. Lesinski also received $772K in non-equity incentive plan, $429K in option awards, $500K in stock awards, as well as $27K in other compensation.
Scott D. Felenstein, President, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 40% of the compensation package, or $670K, was in salary.
Ronnie Y. Ng, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2022, a 151% increase compared to previous year.
National CineMedia's fiscal year ends on December 26.
