Navient reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 9, 2021.
In 2020, seven Navient executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Jack Remondi, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.1M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2019. 62% of Remondi's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Remondi also received $2.1M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $8.3K in other compensation.
John Kane, Group President, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in stock awards.
Mark Heleen, Chief Legal Officer, earned $2M in 2020, a 6% increase compared to previous year.
Steve Hauber, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, received $1.6M in 2020, which increases by 8% compared to 2019.
Christian Lown, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.4M in 2020, a 53% decrease compared to previous year.
Ted Morris, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.2M in 2020.
Joe Fisher, Chief Financial Officer, earned $811K in 2020.
