Jack Remondi, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.9M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2020. 63% of Remondi's compensation, or $5M, was in stock awards. Remondi also received $1.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $9K in other compensation.
