Navistar reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on December 19, 2018.
In 2018, five Navistar executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Troy A. Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.9M in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2017. 34% of Clarke's compensation, or $2.4M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Clarke also received $593K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.1M in option awards, $1M in salary, $1.6M in stock awards, as well as $202K in other compensation.
Walter G. Borst, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which increased by 11% compared to previous year. 34% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Persio V. Lisboa, President, Operations, earned $2.9M in 2018, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
William V. McMenamin, President Financial Services and Treasurer, received $1.5M in 2018, which increases by 28% compared to 2017.
Curt A. Kramer, General Counsel, earned $1.2M in 2018.
Navistar's fiscal year ends on October 31.
