NCINO reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on May 28, 2021.
In 2021, three NCINO executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at NCINO
Pierre Naudé, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 24% compared to 2020. 74% of Naudé's compensation, or $2.6M, was in stock awards. Naudé also received $466K in non-equity incentive plan, $430K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.
Greg Orenstein, Secretary, received a compensation package of $1.9M. 76% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Josh Glover, Chief Revenue Officer, earned $1.6M in 2021, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
NCINO's fiscal year ends on January 31.
