NCR reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on March 10, 2009.
In 2008, six NCR executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.
William R. Nuti, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.2M in total, which decreased by 48% compared to 2007. 31% of Nuti's compensation, or $2.2M, was in option awards. Nuti also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, $2.2M in stock awards, as well as $405K in other compensation.
Anthony Massetti, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.6M. 41% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was in stock awards.
Malcolm Collins, Former Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing, earned $2.4M in 2008, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter Lieb, General Counsel, received $1.9M in 2008, which decreases by 9% compared to 2007.
Peter A. Dorsman, Senior Vice President, Global Operations, earned $1.7M in 2008.
Robert P. Fishman, Chief Financial Officer, received $545K in 2008, which decreases by 53% compared to 2007.
