NCR CEO Michael Hayford's 2019 pay slips 10% to $13M

NCR reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 12, 2020.
In 2019, five NCR executives received on average a compensation package of $7.5M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael Hayford, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2018. 51% of Hayford's compensation, or $6.5M, was in stock awards. Hayford also received $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.5M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $241K in other compensation.
Owen Sullivan, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $8.1M, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $3.9M, was in stock awards.
Frank Martire, Chairman, earned $6.8M in 2019, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Andre Fernandez, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.6M in 2019, which increases by 24% compared to 2018.
Paul Langenbahn, Executive Vice President and President, NCR Commerce, earned $4.4M in 2019, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
