NERDWALLET reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 13, 2023.
In 2022, four NERDWALLET executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at NERDWALLET
Tim Chen, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.3M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2021. 50% of Chen's compensation, or $2.6M, was in option awards. Chen also received $625K in salary, $2M in stock awards, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Lauren StClair, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.2M. 43% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in option awards.
Kelly Gillease, Chief Marketing Officer, earned $1.7M in 2022, a 40% decrease compared to previous year.
Kevin Yuann, Chief Business Officer, received $1.5M in 2022.
